

Shipping Policy
For the rare instance of a damaged or defective sign through shipping, sometimes accidents do happen. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediatley and within 48 hours at sales@bestbuyneonsigns.com or calling us at (213) 375-4406. A replacement will be shipped if we can confirm your sign is defective from our end.
Cancellation Policy
If there is a cancellation of an order after you agreed and paid, and our production had started in factory, there will be a 20% charge of the total amount invoice. Cancelation will not be accepted once your sign is completed and ready to ship or already have shipped.
Return Policy
All of our custom neons are final sale. We are unable to accept returns because it was made especially for you! Even if you may have changed your mind, we still have hand made and carefully crafted into your specifications.
Payment Method
Since the majority of our sales are through custom neons, Upon
approval of prices and artwork, we will personally send you a PayPal
invoice which you can pay with any major credit card!
Or Those who designed online tool and get price on the screen,
simply pay at online shopping cart with your major credit cards.
